Chakras are vortices of energy aligned along our spine that serve as the main points of our life force.There are seven main chakras in the body that appear in reading as spinning balls of light. Each has it’s own beautiful frequency and color. Ideally, all our chakras are whole, in balance and spinning gorgeously, but often they develop either a leak or stagnation due to physical, mental or emotional traumas. Reiki can be done at a distance with hand movements and symbols that connect with one’s energy body, sending universal life force energy across time and space. Reiki works as well remotely as in-person because everything is frequency and energy. Reiki works well to remove physical and emotional blockages in the energetic system and help the body to heal.
